    I don’t sell iPhones.

To all my real life friends who have been wondering, I’m sorry to say but I don’t sell iPhones.

    iPhone

Yep, I am not that rgonzales2345 who pretends to own 6 iPhones and try to sell them over eBay. How could I do that to you? :)

Indeed, for those who might be interested, of course this is a total scam! As several bloggers pointed out, the iPhone has not been released yet, it’s even not approved by communication commissions.
I don’t believe there are 23 fools ready to pay for it whitout smelling the huge scam. whpub even bidded up to $1,125 for a ghost gadget! Congrats man! You are the award-winning idiot!

    I still buy CD’s.

Today, for the first time since last summer, I bought CD’s. Of course, as both my Last.fm old account and the new one can attest, it doesn’t mean at all I haven’t been listening to any music over the last semester. Based on the data collected by MOG, coupled with the sub-folders inside My Music, I believe my CD’s bought/CD’s downloaded ratio to be around 1/250. Considering only the CD’s I’ve actually listened, the ratio would be significantly smaller, but still huge.

    Sad clowns.

Among the top mysteries of the universe, there is one in my opinion that particulary needs to be unravelled: why clowns are supposed to be funny? Besides the fact that is would be too easy if it only took a red nose and some big shoes to be hilarious, who on earth does enjoy their antics? As far as I can remember I’ve never had.

    Eternal love.

Here is another teenager’s claim, possibly THE teenager’s claim, right before “Skateboarding is not a crime”, yet more mushy, cheesy and girlish: the search and the exaltation of a true eternal love.
Fortunately such a call will disappear right after the first love or sexual disillusions, that is to say soon enough.

Still, not for everyone appearently. Several cases of mutual suicides among teenagers have been reported. It means that they planned and organized their own death, usually using gaz.
I would say it is even not that uncommon, maybe because it symbolizes somehow and paradoxally the paroxysm of the passionate (desperate?) love, the illusion of “staying together for ever”.

Illusion? Well I’m gonna get rid of my tough-guy acting for a few seconds, and yeah I gonna admit I’ve been amazed by that pic.

    Be nice with Mr.Euro.

Hey, I had almost forgot one of the hottest issue of the campaign: the purchasing power. All candidates claim they want and will increase it.

How? Again it’s a matter of fact that we cannot distribute more than what has been produced. The problem cannot be settled by yet additional or more judicious money transfers, it is a global vision that is needed.

    Empty Arena.

I said some days ago how I was disappointed so far with French presidential elections campaign, but without explaining why. Never mind and besides all the scandals, when it comes to have serious discussions about the very heart of problems in France or policies, it fails to be interesting and relevant.

I can’t believe sooo much has been said over taxes. Is it the only thing that matters today? I guess we have Have we to blame Johnny Hallyday the greedy bastard for that. Seriously, I believe the symbolic value of taxation grew as it’s one of the few real differences remaining between Left and Right-wing. Still, its relevance is way overrated in the campaign.

    Arena 2007.

With French presidential election within less than 100 days, the campaign is now getting into full swing. That was one of the reason why I was so willing coming back to France: be able to be part of the debate and size the trends, people’s opinion. Funnily here in Denmark, most of the French expats are leftists slightly anti-authoritarian in total opposition to people from my home school seduced by Sarkozy and its state-control revival. But what about in France ?

    Denmark reloaded.

Wow, only a few vacation days remaining. Thought to be my last ones as student, I’d rate those vacations very well. Despite my two fears came true (and what fears lol) we had an excellent week in Praloup, Southern Alps and a great midnight party.
In the end, I even don’t care if I haven’t met all the goals I had set to myself to keep me active, I still had great fun. The mere disappointing side worth mentioning is the low ski days at Les 2 Alpes, quite under what I expected.
